Mental health isn’t static – it’s a dynamic system shaped by personal, professional and social forces. This seminar invites school leaders to explore their role in supporting staff wellbeing through creating psychologically safe environments; learning effective principles for approaching mental health conversations and putting these into action and the importance of boundaries and self-care – for both staff  and school leaders.
